Notable Milestones:

• 2005: Vital was founded by Martin Gibbons, embarking on a mission to provide comprehensive property compliance services, including EPCs, to the UK market. This was the same year YouTube was launched, marking the beginning of a new era in digital content.
• 2008: A landmark year as Simon Smith joined Vital, and we produced one of the first EPCs for a commercial property in the UK. This achievement coincided with significant global events, including the election of Barack Obama and the introduction of Bitcoin.
• 2010: Vital relocated its headquarters to Grenville Court in Burnham, enhancing our ability to serve clients across the UK with our expanding range of services, including energy audits and compliance reports. This move happened as the world marvelled at the opening of the Burj Khalifa and the release of the first iPad.
• 2014: Vital innovated with the development of our bespoke EPC Plus improvement report, designed to help clients achieve MEES compliance. This period also witnessed the viral success of “Gangnam Style” and the birth of panda triplets in China.
