Background

Since 2005, Vital has been a trusted partner for property owners and occupiers across the Thames Valley and beyond. We started by providing facilities management services, and in 2008, we became a leader in the energy sector with the introduction of mandatory EPCs. We’ve actively contributed to government initiatives and continue to be at the forefront of energy certification.

Our commitment to comprehensive property solutions led us to expand our services in 2010, offering essential asbestos management for commercial landlords. Today, we’re a one-stop shop for virtually all statutory surveys and assessments required by commercial properties.
