We were asked to provide a full FM service for this 25,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Reading town centre on behalf of our client Cromwell. Following the comprehensive refurbishment of the building and first tenant letting, we dealt with all the commissioning and snagging matters. Our focus is on providing a personal service to the tenant and delivering FM services in a highly cost effective manner. Planned preventative maintenance is used to ensure the tenant has a first class working environment at all times.
